If you have read my Australia Shopping Haul post, you will know that I had ordered Foreo Luna Facial Cleansing brush. I thought I will share the 1st look of foreo luna when I unpack it. I also wanted to share the reason ffor buying this brush. Hope you enjoy this post and if you do, please don’t forget press LIKE button below.
For those who haven’t heard about Foreo Luna: It is a facial cleansing and anti-aging device. It was introduced as a competition to world renowned Clarisonic facial cleansing devices. Below is description from Foreo Luna’s official website.
The LUNA™ skincare brush channels T-Sonic™ pulsations for deep facial cleansing that’s gentle enough to use every day while also incorporating anti-aging technology into its groundbreaking design.
Reason for Buying: I was really attracted towards buying Clarisonic Mia 2. In fact, while I was surfing Sephora Australia site for Clarisonic, I had a glance at Foroe Luna. I had heard about it and and seen many YouTubers raving about it. So I thought why don’t give Foreo Luna a try. Since it was more expensive than Clarisonic Mia 2 , I wanted to be sure before spending so much on it. I researched a lot and all I could find were positive reviews. But when I saw the comparison between Clarisonic and Foreo Luna, there wasn’t much difference.
I still went ahead and bought the Foreo Luna because:
- It provides facial cleansing and anti-aging
- The charging lasts for longer time
- No additional costs like replacing brush heads
- Travel friendly and easy to carry
Un-boxing and 1st Look of Foreo Luna:
I opted for Foreo Luna for Sensitive/Normal skin. It is light pink in color.
Price : AUD. 249/-
It comes a in a white box with the pink Luna displayed on it. On the top Left corner it displays: Elle Beauty Awards 2014 winner.
Behind the box it mentions the use of it along with Box contents in 6 languages.
I received a beautiful blue pouch with it in which we can carry the device while travelling.
The box contains of a the Foreo Luna device, Charger, User manual and Authenticity card.
I didn’t realize the charger will be designed for Australia use. When I had checked in the official site of Foreo Luna, there was a USB charger displayed, which would have been a plus. Now I will have to use a universal adapter to suit Indian plug point.
The device itself is cute and small. Easily fits into the palm. It has soft silicon bristles on the front which is cleansing side. On the back side, there are depression lines which are for anti aging along with the charging point. The start button is on the front with a plus and minus sign on the either side of the button. These are for increasing and decreasing the speed.
I am very excited to try it and share my reviews with you guys.
Keep connected for the review in coming weeks.
